Growing up in the Mid Atlantic music scene in the seventies and eighties I had the chance to play music with some of the best artists of the era. Including different  genres of music during that time. Playing in punk, reggae, and modern rock groups. During those times home recording was starting to become affordable ... So In 1982 I purchased my first recorder, a Fostex 250 4 track.

As the computer was becoming the state of the art in digital reproduction, I was hooked. In 2007 I realized that if I was going to get the full benefit of the computer based music production platforms,  I needed to go back to school. I started taking classes at Berklee School of music.

With the education that I needed  and my love for music, I was ready to start a real music company. HRH Records is a different kind of label. As a musician playing in clubs and having to deal with the powers that be so to speak, I know how an artist feels when they are about to sign with a record label. so I want them to feel  like  they  have a say in their music and career. Even though we are an independent record label we work with some of the best producers, in the best studios, creating the best sound recordings in the industry today.
